My Story

My love for nature first sparked my photography career back in 2007. But, it wasn't until participating in a bible study group that I discovered my purpose in using my talents that God gave me: capturing empowering moments through photography. Opening my first studio, I set out to help people see their inner beauty and strength.
As a wife, mother, and grandmother, I know firsthand how tricky body image can be.

There is something truly magical about capturing a moment in time. Photography allows us to freeze a memory, a feeling, forever and relive it whenever we want. For me, it's not just about taking a picture, it's about telling a story.  What better story to tell than one of self-love and acceptance.

Through my work, I've come to realize that our society frequently places an unattainable emphasis on physical appearance. We're encouraged to strive for unrealistic beauty standards that diminish self love. This is where my training as a Body Image Bootcamp facilitator comes in. Your session can help you towards even more self love!

For those who want to up level their experience and go more in depth around body image I offer retreat events as well as photography experiences. During retreats (bootcamp), we explore thoughts from the damaging effects of family, society or perhaps past relationships have had on us. We learn how to question and consider change to mindset and focus on the things that truly matter, like kindness, compassion, and inner strength. It's a safe space where a group can come together, share  stories, ask questions, be curious and lift each other up.

I truly believe that when we start to see ourselves in a positive light, we radiate that positivity to those around us.  My hope is for you to see yourself as I do- "You're the definition of Beauty".
